Vanlife Comedy Events
Leroy is associated with a production company in the Willamette Valley, Oregon that puts on 30-50 events a month. In 2020, he performed a Vanlife specific comedy set at a festival. Since then, he has performed at Descend on Bend, Journal of Lost Time Events and Northwest Nomads with great success. His Vanlife Comedy is focused towards nomadic people living on the road. Leroy Firwood is always the life of the party except when he is not, then he is the soul. A builder of Short School Bus Conversions as a way to escape the 9-5 world, he now is somehow a business owner and entertainer, none of us are really sure how. The builds and entertainment are pretty amazing though.
Comedy Bio.
Born and raised in Bend, Leroy now resides in Salem when he isn't living out of his bus. With observational story telling he keeps you engaged while exceeding what you would expect through misdirection. Come let this moppy haired Hagrid entertain you with a wonderful approach to humor.

Leroy is an absolute gem of a human being. We are so happy to have him on board as MC, lead comic, and good vibes technician at our events each year in both California and Oregon. His wit combined with super human ability to stand in front of and sway crowds is something difficult to find in folks thee days and without him our organizational efforts at making points while keeping the vibe on point is an invaluable asset to our teams.
Northwest Nomads
We hired Leroy for our annual nomad gathering. We’re extremely please with his performance, we had to put him on stage 30 minutes early and he was ready at a moments notice. Leroy did an amazing job and easily rolled with the punches. Definitely recommend him and can’t wait to have him back next year.
